Close to the conveniences of town and great beaches. Free on street parking. Guest occupancy is 10 includes infants. That is our max occupancy, over occupancy voids booking with no refund. We have WiFi cameras set up in the driveway and all entrances. Tampering with cameras and security systems will result in being asked to leave and forfeiting rental fees. All guests must sign a liability waiver. The pool is just steps away from the sliders on the lower level. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool is 6 feet at the deepest point so no diving or rough play. Close proximity to other houses so may hear neighbors. Please keep in mind 4th of July and New Years are big celebrations and there will be fireworks going off all hours of the night. Quiet hours in the neighborhood must be followed if you don’t follow the quiet hours of 9pm to 8am and neighbors report you (which they do as they’re very strict with the hours) then you’ll be asked to leave without a refund on the rest of your booking. There is absolutely no smoking in the house and please smoke away from the house so the smoke doesn’t drift into the home. Deposit will be forfeited if there is a smell of smoke in the house requiring extra cleaning. Deposit will also be forfeited if furniture is spoiled by food, beverage or coming in wet. Good Neighbor Policy a. Quiet Hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am during which time the noise from the short-term vacation rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. b. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. c. Guest vehicles shall be parked within the designated onsite parking area. d. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes. e. Night Sky Policy: Turn off outdoor lights at night whenever possible. f. We have a non-smoking ordinance in Hawaii. There is no smoking within 20 feet of all public buildings, including STVRs g. Failure to comply with the good neighbor policy stated above will be construed to be a violation.
