THIS IS A SHARED ROOM WITH SINGLE BEDS • Each reservation is for 1 person only. • Beds are twin size and must not be shared. • This is a unisex shared room – both men and women may be assigned beds in the same room. • Couples or friends must make separate reservations – one per person. ⸻ 2. RESERVATION MUST MATCH ACCOUNT HOLDER • No third-party bookings. • The person booking must be the one staying. • Reservation will be canceled with no refund if booked for someone else. ⸻ 3. NO PETS • For health and allergy reasons, pets are not allowed. • Only trained service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted. • Emotional support animals are not allowed. ⸻ 4. NO PARTIES / NO SMOKING • No smoking of any kind inside the property. Violation Fee: $250 • No visitors, loud music, or gatherings. Violation Fee: $500 ⸻ 5. CLEANLINESS – SHARED RESPONSIBILITY • This is NOT A HOTEL. You are staying in a shared environment with other guests. • Cleaning staff visits once daily to maintain common areas, but guests are fully responsible for cleaning up after themselves, including washing their own dishes and removing personal trash. • Guests must leave the bathroom, kitchen, and dining areas clean after use. **Fee: $25 for unwashed dishes or dirty bathroom. • No refunds will be issued due to mess caused by other guests. • Linens and towels are freshly laundered, but minor stains from regular use may be present. ⸻ 6. NO CHILDREN OR MINORS ALLOWED • This accommodation is strictly for adults only (18+). • Children and anyone under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay. ⸻ 7. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR BELONGINGS • Guests are solely responsible for their own personal items during their stay. • The host is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. • Please keep valuables secure at all times. ⸻ 8. DAMAGES • Please report any damage, malfunction, or broken item as soon as possible during your stay — accidents happen, and we appreciate honesty. • All rooms and shared areas are inspected before each check-in to ensure everything is clean and in good condition. • Guests are financially responsible for any damage, missing items, or broken property caused during the stay. • Charges may apply if items are not reported and are later found by staff. • Reporting issues early helps prevent misunderstandings and gives us a chance to fix them quickly. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS FEES: You will be charged for any item that is missing, damaged, or not working after your stay. LATE CHECKOUT • Checkout time is strictly enforced as listed in your reservation details. • Late checkout without prior approval will incur a $50 fee per hour. • If you need extra time, please message us at least 1 day in advance to request approval. • Unauthorized late checkout may result in additional charges and/or cancellation of future bookings. ⸻ 10. NOISE AWARENESS – SHARED SPACE • This is a shared living environment, so some level of noise from other guests is expected. • Please be mindful of your own noise, especially in shared areas like the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. • Keep music, phone calls, and conversations at a respectful volume. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ⸻ 11.
