Aloha & Welcome to the Windward side of Oahu! This sandy BEACHFRONT condo w/ AC has 1 larger bedroom & is nicely remodeled! It is clean & comfortable w/ an unrivaled front row view of the ocean! Many turtles frequent this beach & you are almost sure to see & swim w/ them! You will enjoy being away from all the crowds of downtown & close to many North Shore attractions like Kualoa Ranch where many movies were filmed, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, famous surf beaches, food trucks & more! The space VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! ****** This is an older building on the beach & there is construction & renovations going on at this property right now during normal business hours on the weekdays so sometimes it can get VERY noisy during these times!! You will want to be out and about enjoying the beach and the island during construction hours :) Lots of turtles can frequently be seen & swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking & fishing right out front! We will provide beach chairs & towels. There may be other beach items for your use as well, and there is a local rental place for all your ocean fun needs! Completely remodeled and updated throughout & all kitchenware, linens, towels, etc. Washer & Dryer right in the condo! Free parking & security! There is AC in the living room & lovely ocean breezes! There is also ceiling & floor fans help keep this condo nice and comfortable! This is not a fancy hotel or resort, just a simple beachfront condo. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself and your own lanai! Other things to note Remember this is the tropics! This property is located in the "Country" part of Oahu, so you will see chickens & geckos, insects & other little creatures too as this is just normal for this climate and the islands! Please do not leave any unopened food laying around in your unit, sugar in the cupboards etc. We have pest spray done frequently but you may see unwanted bugs from the spraying, just to be aware and know this is just a normal way of living here :) Additional amenities: *Tables and lounge chairs by the pool and on the 2 acres of grassy lawn and beach for guests and residents to enjoy * Outdoor BBQ area at the north end of the private beach * A pool right on the lawn, next to the beach so you can swim in the calm and safe(r) water while still enjoying the sound and smell of the ocean. *Ocean facing gym with additional bathroom upstairs. * 24/7 Building security * The building HOA does not allow pets, sorry! *There is no smoking inside the unit or lanai.
