For groups larger than 8, we charge a $25 per night per additional guest. This helps cover the added utilities, linens, cleaning, and wear-and-tear that come with larger groups. Our home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, and we’re happy to accommodate your full group! - Strict no-smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, marijuana) policy anywhere inside the home. A $300 fee will be assessed if smoking is detected inside the home.
