However, there is an ADJOINING unit right next to this booking unit with other guests (they will have their own amenities and space). We want to let you know that sound can pass through thin walls. You are welcome to and please cancel this booking as soon as possible to find other accommodations that better suit your needs. *Quiet hour is 10PM to 8:00AM as a courtesy to the adjoining guest. Please also take this into consideration when making a reservation: -Air conditioner in the unit is a window-type model. Please note that it can produce a noticeable operating sound, which might not be ideal for guests who require a completely quiet environment for restful sleep. -Although we are in fact already located in the outskirts of Waikiki - which has a night time recreational life style, it can still get noisy in the building's surrounding area at night for those who are sensitive to sounds or "city noise" as this is indeed a city that you will be living in. Parking is as follows: Entrance clearance is 6 feet 2 inches. Parking rate is $50 per 24 hours with unlimited in and out privilege, discounted $45 if purchasing multiple passes paid in advance directly to parking attendant in CASH ONLY with ATM on site. There is no online reservation. 24 hour starts when you first enter the garage, not by calendar days. There is also free parking running along the sidewalk of Ala Wai Boulevard. To manage expectations, it can be very difficult to find as everyone is competing for free parking but it is not impossible. Also please note that there is city's street cleaning from 8:30am to 11:30am on every Monday and Friday. (Vehicles parked during these times will be towed so please remember to remove your car). The metered parking is free on Sundays on all streets in Waikiki. Guest access Transportation and Resources: The most economic way to get to our building is by bus if you don’t have much heavy luggage and don’t arrive too late at night. It is best to take bus W-Line without having to transfer. However, trip duration is 40 minutes without traffic and you also have to walk 8 minutes after getting off (no direct bus stop). If you decide to take Taxi/Uber/Waikiki Shuttle buses, it will approximately be a 22-minute drive from the airport to our building without traffic. We are 19min walk or 17min bus from Oahu’s most famous Waikiki Beach. We are also 23min bus from the foot of the Diamondhead Crater hike. You can also rent the BIKI bike, use UBER, take THE BUS, or rent a car. From the building, 1. Target Alamoana: 11min walk or 20min bus (closest super grocery store, opens 7am to 10pm). 2. Donquiote: 17min walk or 11min bus (second closest super store that opens 24 hours with Asian-Japanese based produdcts). 3. International Market Place: 17min walk or 12min bus (closest mini-mall with shopping and restaurants, also where the Waikiki Target is, opens 10am to 9pm). 4. Walmart: 24min walk or 14min bus (opens 6am to 11pm). 5. Alamoana Mall: 24min walk or 14min bus (most popular mall in Oahu, opens 10am to 8pm). Other things to note - Mailing to the unit is possible; just make sure you label your package with our address correctly with your legal name and you can pick it up at the front desk security. - We provide 1 Large Body Towel, 1 Medium Towel, 1 Face Towel, 1 Pool Towel (Per Guest). - Linen: we are Airbnb and do not operate like the hotel so please notate that we do not replace the linen in this room and do not provide extra towels. You can refresh the towels in the laundry room on the 5th floor and detergents can be bought at the lobby convenience store. You are always encouraged to bring your own extra towels and supplies. - We also do not provide housekeeping services. -Uber/Lyft is quite convenient, and the bus too. There are also ride share programs such as drivehui, GoXapp, gobiki, etc. - Gym pass is $5 for the entire stay. - There is a coffee machine in the unit but please note that coffee and filters will NOT be provided due to sanitary reasons. - There are ***NO BABY*** gears and supplies provided because the room is too tight to have them long term. However it is not impossible to fit them during your stay and you can rent them from BabyQuip. They have Pack N Play and many other baby necessities.
