Guest access You'll have access to everything in the home, including the outdoor area. However, there is a garage and storage space downstairs that is off-limits to guests. Other things to note This home requires climbing a full flight of stairs from street level to reach the front door. The majority of the residence is on the second floor, with only the laundry area and office/flex space on the ground floor. There is an apartment downstairs that may have a long-term renter at times, but it's a completely separate space & entrance. We also have a small child, so the home is mostly baby-proofed for when we use the home too (child locks on cabinets/doors, gate for stairs).
