This cozy bedroom, located in a quiet neighborhood, offers a private entrance and a full private bathroom. It’s conveniently situated near Rutgers, with easy access to public transportation to NYC, 25 minutes away from Newark Airport, and dedicated parking space in driveway. The room has all amenities similar to a hotel room to include TV with Roku for streaming, a microwave, a mini fridge, hair dryer, clothing iron, fast wi-fi internet, and complimentary water/ coffee! The space The private entrance allows guests to come and go as they wish. The room is on the ground floor, it's not in a basement or inside someone else's living space. The room is seperated from the rest of the house offering you privacy and convenience. Guests have dedicated parking space in the driveway, no need to worry about parking. Please do not book if the check-in hours do not work for you. I cannot accomodate early check-ins. Guest access There is no access to other parts of the property. The private room has it's own dedicated entrance for guest to access the room. Guests are welcomed to use all the amenities the room has to offer. During your stay There is no interaction with me as the host unless the guests need something. If there are issues or guest inquiries, I live on premise. Other things to note I set the check-in time at 6PM because I have a regular job and need time to clean and prep the space for new guests after I get home from work. Please do not book if the check-in hours do not work for you. I cannot accomodate early check-ins.
