Nestled on 22 acres along the beautiful coastline of the North Shore, the resort abounds with tropical foliage and amazing views of the green mountains, waterfalls, tropical sunsets over Bali Hai, and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. In this spot overlooking Hanalei Bay, you'll be steps from a white-sand beach located below the resort. Originally built as a tennis resort, the property still features some of the finest tennis facilities on the island. Enjoy access to eight tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, bell and shuttle service, beach gear rentals, a lagoon-style saltwater pool designed for family fun, and a quieter, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. Hanalei Bay Resort also boasts close proximity to many North Shore attractions, shops, and two of Kauai’s best golf courses. Larger groups can rent this condo together with Hanalei Bay Resort 7305 THINGS TO KNOW Condos contain lockouts, meaning there are shared doors. Sounds may be audible between connecting doors. Hanalei Bay Resort fees are due at check-in to the resort and are collected by the front desk. These include a one-time fee of $50 per reservation, a reservation fee of $6.75 for every non-owner reservation request, a $25 a day resort fee, and a $20 fee per car a day for parking. Internet provided by Hanalei Bay Resort does not support streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Hanalei Bay Resort swim-up pool bar is indefinitely closed. This is a privately owned unit in a resort. Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle Guest access With this property, you have access to Hanalei Bay Resort and all its features including Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, Fitness Center and Bar & lounge The property also has community BBQ's and a Tennis pro shop. Other things to note Also, be aware that this is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to neighbors when coming and going from the unit, and when utilizing exterior areas. Responsible party must be 21 years of age or older to rent with KREG. Also worth noting for those new to Kauai is that there are lots of fauna and flora that one may not be used to on the mainland. This is paradise for more than humans and you'll see Chickens and Roosters throughout the island, geckos (they are our friends) as they take care of other bugs that you might come across as well. We treat for pests regularly and the first couple days after treatment activity is a little higher and you may run across something. We do not provide full, large bottles of soaps and shampoo conditioner, but simply a starter pack to get you going. You can purchase those items at the Foodland grocery store in Princeville. We are also not a hotel, so we do not do linen refreshing or housekeeping during your stay. We can provide clean linens if you like for $30. There is a resort fee of $25/day, a parking fee of $20/day and a one time $50 Check in Fee that will be paid directly to the resort at the front desk upon arrival.
