BRAND NEW BUILD! This unique property is 2.5 acres with views on our 2nd story deck of North & South Twin Lake! We are across the street from the public dock, a short walk to Traditions bar & restaurant (they serve ice cream too!), & a 1 minute drive to the 2 beaches! There is a 6.2 mile walking/bike trail at the front of our property to enjoy! We Airbnb 2 additional homes on this property. So, if you are needing more space, please view my other listings! The space Covered patio on bottom floor as well as a 2nd story deck (30’x6’) with views of North & South Twin. The main floor has 1 full bathroom & a full kitchen! I’ve tried to supply all the dishes/utensils you need, so you won’t need to bring anything with you! Coffee provided! We do have a dishwasher, so no hand washing on your vacation! The second story has a large living room with a walk out to the deck. There is a 1/2 bath upstairs with a washer and dryer. I do provide plenty of bath towels, dish towels, and hand towels, but If you plan to wash your clothes during your stay, or feel as if you’ll be using a lot of towels, please bring your own detergent. I do try to leave enough for a few loads, but not guaranteed! All of the mattresses are brand new memory foam and very comfy! Bedroom 1 upstairs features a queen over queen bunk bed with a pull out twin bed. The twin bed is on rollers if you’d prefer to wheel it out into the living room. The second private bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a walk out to the deck. I do also have a comfortable high top queen blow up mattress located in the closet downstairs with sheets provided if you’d like to use that as well. There is a fire pit to use & plenty of sticks to pickup and burn on the property. I don’t supply lighter fluid, sometimes people leave it behind, but just incase please bring lighter fluid if you need it. There is also a charcoal grill, and I do have some outdoor folding chairs/camping chairs located in the garage to use! No smoking or pets in house please. Guest access We own the entire 2.5 acres you see pictured. Each home has its own driveway with parking for 2. There is additional parking spots available for free, just message me prior to arriving, & I can let you know where else you are able to park extra vehicles. Other things to note PARKING- There is a drive lane that goes straight to your home. Anyone can use the gravel circle drive around the property-just please respect each other’s space. If you need a place to park your boat or jet ski, you will see a large grassy area in the south east corner of the property you can utilize for extra parking.
