Parking for 2 cars and shared driveway. *Kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, fully equipped with pots, pans, and dishes. Modern/rustic wood dinning room table with 2 benches. *Laundry room with washer and dryer. *Living room with Flat screen TV, Fire TV 4k, wifi, large couch and 2 love seats, air conditioning unit, and ceiling fan. *Master bedroom with Tuft and Needle queen bed, pullout sofa sleeper, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. *Guest bedroom #2 with full size bunk beds with Tuft and Needle mattress, dresser, air conditioning unit, and a closet with hangers. *Guest bedroom #3 with a Tuft and Needle queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan, air conditioning unit, and closet with hangers. Guests have access to the main house, parking area, shared driveway, back yard, BBQ, and wifi included. Landscaped back yard with a viewing deck, turf, bbq, picnic area, a raised sundeck (great for sunbathing, working out, or meditating), and a great view. Included for guest use: snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach mat, beach towels, and a cooler. The house is equipped with starter sets of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, clothing detergent, hair dryers, and shampoo/conditioner in both bathrooms. Owners live on premise in separate building. If we are on site will give guests 100% privacy, unless guest(s) would like to chat, have questions, or need any recommendations. Das Beach house is conveniently located minutes from the Kona International Airport in the Kona Palisades. From the airport, our home is literally 3 turns, and minutes away. The closest beach is Kohanaiki or Pine Trees- about 2 miles away! (Pine Trees Cafe- one of our favorite local spots for local food is on the way) Families will truly appreciate Costco and other local eats, less than 10 minutes from our home. Golfers will appreciate proximity to world renown courses 15 minutes away . Downtown Kailua-Kona is about 15 minute drive. On the way you will find numerous restaurants, shops, and breweries. Onsite- we have provided a book that has some of our recommendations for restaurants, breweries, and beaches listed. The Hilton Waikoloa and Kua Bay are about a 20 minute drive, with beautiful turquoise water and white sandy beaches. Kealakekua Bay has some of the worlds best snorkeling and is about a 35 minute drive. Big Island really does have something for everybody! From lazy days on the beach, hiking, surfing, snorkeling, whale watching, long drives through the rolling hills, meals with amazing views, helicopter rides, breweries and great food!
