This room is on our 2 nd-floor of a small cape house so it's a bit small ... Room is cozy and on the smaller size - 7 ft X 10 ft 1 twin size bed with desk , bureau and flat screen TV - Note: Room has under bed storage container, 2 built in drawers in wall, a lg. long dresser, a closet outside room. there is a single twin size bed, good lighting a desk. We welcome all into our home. Cozy small cape house in West Newton, MA. We are a hospitable, kind, welcoming family with a warm comfy home.. There are 3 bed rooms that are for Air B and B guests, This area is close to many schools and universities that has been convenient for students in which we’ve had many grads, interns, international students …We have our friendly dog daisy( Shitzu) who is sometimes here or at another daughter’s home. We have a litter trained bunny too who is not caged but stays in a nice area in our living room :)... We always want you to feel at home so please…our home is your home :) We have an eat in kitchen, living room , 1 full bath that is shared and a 1/2 bath down in our lower finished basement. Laundry, WiFi, cable tv. We have Parking enough for 4 cars tandem in driveway. Parking on street is allowed all hours during the year - except from 2 :00 AM to 5:00 AM from December through April 1st winter/snow season. We have a very nice back patio with chairs umbrella and table, nice yard and gas grill for anyone to use. Our neighborhood is very safe .We are located close to restaurants, pharmacy, small theatre, banks, grocery,markets etc....easy access to main routes to Boston and surrounding areas. The T , bus, commuter rail, public transportation within minutes to walk to. Close to shops, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, theater, main routes interstate 90, route 30, Route 16, route 128, 95, seven minute walk to the bus stopand a 15 minute walk to the communion rail 20 minutes from Boston driving We are very close 7 min walk to the bus, commuter rail, 2 miles to green line, major routes near by (Mass turnpike i90, 128/95, ty 30) going into Boston is about a 20 minute drive depending on traffic to Logan or the city.”, we are about a half a mile to the Square in West Newton which has anything you will need, banks, restaurants,Pizza pharmacy, movie theater… There’s also courthouse, police station..
