The space You’ll have access to a back deck that is open to a spacious back yard that is fenced in. Wonderful for bonfires and family fun! There is a basement and that’s where you’ll find the pool table and ping pong table, two TVS and sofas for your comfort!! Olga’s house is 15 min from route 55. About an hour away from Philadelphia, PA airport. 49min from Atlantic City International Airport. Ten min from Cumberland Mall and a Regal movie theater. 15 min from other shopping centers. Walking distance to a Puerto Rican owned bodega, Penalvert’s Food Market, they always have fresh cooked food; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open until 4pm The Jersey shore! Wildwood, NJ is about 50 min away Cape May, NJ is a little less than 1 hour away Ocean City, NJ is about 45-50mins away Atlantic City, NJ is about 45 mins away Guest access The entry house is available including the basement. This is with the exception of the garage. It stays locked and is not available for use. Other things to note No parties or large gatherings. We do have a strict policy on guest. We have a max of 7 guest. When booking please make sure you include total number of guest that stay. You have time before your stay to update the number of guest. If the number of guest you booked is different from the number of guest that actually stay, there will be an additional fee per guest that stay. If you have more guest stay that exceed the maximum number of guest there will be an additional fee per person and we will also ask for them to leave. Guests are expected to adhere to these guidelines.
