Freshly painted bedrooms with 5 new bathrooms, newer living room furniture in 2022, new mattresses in 2021, new porch furniture and new/expanded back porch. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for fantastic meals, large dining room with table that can seat 12. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds, pillows and tons of closet space. Sweet back porch to enjoy early morning coffee, and a big front porch for summer evenings. Backyard for summer dinners and breakfasts, outdoor shower also! Parking for up to 5 cars! High ceilings, original wood floors, fireplace as focal point in living room ... the house is lovely. Comfortable furniture and rugs, as befits a beach house! Every bedroom and the living room has a flat screen TV, with ROKU for you to use. The first floor entry has a large room available for coats, shoes, stuff, etc. First floor has a full bath with shower, in addition to all shared living spaces. Second floor includes a master with king bed and new bathroom, and two rooms with queen beds with a new hall bath with tub/shower. Third floor has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a 'kids' room', with five twins, and a recent 4th bathroom with a large shower in the hall. Lowest level has 'game room', TV space for kids, and another full bath with shower and extra refrigerator. We do provide sheets, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and soaps, etc. Each bed has pillows and coverlet/blanket. If you would like, we can put you in touch with our housekeeper so that you can make your own arrangements for towels and beach towels. Beach chairs and a beach wagon make your time at the shore easy and convenient. On those rainy days, we have a wide selection of games and puzzles to entertain the whole family. ***PLEASE READ HANDBOOK*** We will hold each renter responsible for leaving the property in clean, orderly condition so that it can be cleaned and sanitized and ready for our next renter. Should you leave trash in rooms or on counters, unwashed dishes, a filled dishwasher, bed linens scattered, etc., you will be charged a minimum extra $375 in cleaning fees. Guests have access to the entire home, including 10-12 beach chairs (as available), beach toys, gas grill outside, and parking for 5-6 cars depending on size. Before I send the code for the door, I will need you to confirm you have read our house manual, found on the AirBNB listing. Once you confirm you have read it, you will receive via email a unique code to access front door. The code will work for the days you are renting, from 2p on the first day, through 10a on the last. It is critical that you let me know within the first two hours of your arrival of anything that is broken, unclean, or needs attention. Fantastic neighborhood ... 1.5 blocks to the beach, and same distance to great restaurants, many of which have live music all year long. Visit some of our favorites, including Fin's (especially for happy hour), Tisha's, Congress Hall, the Lobster House, Washington Inn, and Peter Shields. Take time for breakfast at George's ... great food, but cash only. The Seahorse is happy to have as a neighbor the Cape May library! Pick out some great summer reading, or whatever is your pleasure. Curl up with a great book or magazine, a soft pillow and throw, and relax. You'll leave your cars and walk everywhere! Please note that we do not provide towels. Each bed has pillows, a light blanket, and a quilt and we provide sheets and pillowcases. We can recommend our linen service that can deliver towels for your stay, and they will bill you separately. Bed linens are provided via the Linen Ladies. They will leave linens for you on the porch prior to your arrival. You are responsible for returning all linens in line with clear directions on each bag. Separating trash and recycling into provided containers is absolutely required. If bottles, cans, etc. are in trash, the collectors will not pick it up, and your security deposit will be charged $250. We are 100% committed to retaining the Seahorse as a fully non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside on the property will result in forfeiture of security deposit in the amount of $1,500.
