The space The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a charming historic Boston building. Please note that there is no elevator access. As this is a self-check-in property, there is no on-site concierge. While there is no on-site parking, we’re happy to provide nearby parking recommendations upon request. Coin-operated laundry machines are available for guest use on the 3rd floor for $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Please note that detergent is not provided, so guests should plan accordingly. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit and throughout the building. Guest access Each guest will have access to fresh towels and linens upon arrival, as well as basic kitchen essentials including flatware, silverware, and cooking utensils. The unit also features direct satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. Laundry is available for tenant use on the third floor and is coin-operated at a cost of $2.50 per wash and dry. Please note that detergent is not provided, so guests should plan to bring their own. This is a fully keyless entry property. Guests will receive a unique building and unit access code 24 hours prior to arrival, provided all requested information has been submitted. Other things to note All requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed more than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure. Approved requests will incur a fee based on the time requested. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to an additional fee depending on the time the unit is vacated. As a self-service hotel, we require all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and submit valid photo identification prior to arrival. This is necessary to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Please note: failure to provide a valid photo ID will result in denied access, and no refund will be issued. Service animals are welcome, provided proper documentation is submitted in advance. We understand guests may occasionally leave personal items behind. We hold any found belongings for 14 days. After that time, unclaimed items will be donated. If you would like your item returned, a $25 handling fee applies, in addition to a pre-paid shipping label that you must provide to ensure proper mailing and to cover staff time. A linen turnover service is available during your stay for a $25 fee. Please note that mid-stay cleanings are not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
