8th & 9th floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse on the N. Shore. The condo has two bedrooms with King beds upstairs. One has a sofa sleeper and faces the ocean. The other has a daybed and a private, mountain view lanai. It has a very comfortable living room and fully furnished kitchen. The downstairs features a bedroom for the kids with twin beds that can be made into a king if preferred and a Pottery Barn boat bed with a trundle. This surfing themed bedroom is perfect for the groms in the group. The space Note: This building is undergoing work that may involve noise and off-property, nearby parking. Other things to note * The condo building is located on a busy road and even though it is located on the 8th and 9th floors, there will be street noise in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is oceanfront and you will hear the sounds of the ocean. * There is no AC in the condo. The tropical breeze and ceiling fans usually work very well to keep the condo a pleasant temperature. * Note: This building is undergoing work that may involve noise and off-property, nearby parking If you choose to stay and find these issues to be unacceptable, please contact me and a full refund will be given for any unoccupied nights. * The tap water is drinkable. * Some of the louvered windows in the downstairs bedroom do not close.
