Quiet, private and impeccably clean, our garden-level apartment is steps away from local coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and everything else you'll need to feel right at home. With easy access to the Red Line, Green Line, #83 bus and Blue Bikes, you can easily get from our apartment to Harvard, MIT, Tufts, Mass Eye & Ear, Mass General Brigham and more. The space Our Inman Square apartment is your perfect home base for a longer stay in the Boston area. With easy access to multiple forms of public transportation, super-fast internet (250+ mbps), in-unit private laundry and all the amenities you need, you'll quickly settle right in here. The kitchen is fully outfitted, featuring quality knives and all the essential tools you need so that you can cook at home as much as you please. When you don't feel like cooking, you can stroll out the front door to the many nearby restaurants in easy walking distance. The bedroom has a double / full bed with high-quality linens and we provide plenty of extra linens and blankets. There is a dresser and closet for clothing storage as well as under-bed drawers. To let you get fully unpacked, additional storage is available inside an ottoman in the couch in the living room. A Nest thermostat allows you to keep the place comfortable during your stay. The living room also has a TV and all the major streaming services are available to you. Basics such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and all cleaning essentials are provided for the beginning of your stay. Cleaning is available at any time for a fee. In our outdoor space, you'll find a charming patio with a grill, table and chairs behind the building. (Please note that this space is shared with two other tenants of the building.) There is also a bike rack so that you can securely lock up your bike if you have one. We are local and responsive hosts who are here to help if you need anything during your time at our apartment. Please note: there is no parking space at this unit. If you plan to bring a car with you, you will need to find a monthly parking spot for rent somewhere in the area. The cost for a monthly parking spot in Cambridge is usually about $300-$400. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment. A small outdoor area with a table, chairs and a grill is shared with two other residents of the building. Early check-in and / or late check-out is often available, so please ask! Either one is available for an additional fee of $25. Other things to note You'll access the apartment using a keypad built into the lock. That is how you'll access the home during your entire stay, so there's never a risk of forgetting your keys or locking yourself out.
