Far from any roads, the dominant sounds are the many birds who make their homes in the surrounding trees. This is a thoughtfully furnished home with an open layout, on a coffee farm, just bring your food and clothes for which ever adventure you intend; leave the accommodations and ambiance to us. The space Private 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Cottage with a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The bedroom and lanai have fabulous ocean views. There is a brand new King bed and also a full sized fold down couch. There is fast WiFi and a comfortable work space. Equipped with a Smart TV, stream your favorite shows with ease. The house is accessed by its own gated driveway at the end of a quiet country road. (If you care for a stroll it is an Excellent road for it!) The lanai is a great place to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the boats go out from the harbor. It is on a beautiful fenced property with coffee, citrus, and avocado trees along with many native Hawaiian plants and trees. Guest access Private gated driveway and private yard area on a 2 acre coffee and Tahitian lime farm. Other things to note We treasure the privacy of the cottage. But this is a 2 acre property in Hawaii and the grass never stops growing! Yard maintenance is roughly every 3 weeks (mowing) but may include other farm and landscape related duties.
