Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This location has the feel of a small town, but near the State Fairgrounds and downtown. You can enjoy a lake walk, bike trails, or a walk to the grocery store, and still are a short drive to anything in downtown Des Moines, including Wells Fargo, the skate park, Drake University, and Wells Fargo. The space Spacious 3 bedroom home with upper deck area. 4th combined living room/bedroom downstairs. Full bathrooms on each level. Plenty of parking and a fire pit in the backyard.
