Please read the house rules before you book. This house has very strict requirements for quietness. 2-12 age are not allowed. This is a penthouse suite on the 3rd floor of the multi family house. Don’t book if you have trouble with the stairs. The apartment has a kitchenette , bedroom, bath, living room , walking closet . This unit was remodeled in spring 2019. It has private entrance. All the shops are within walking distance. You can use anything inside the apartment. We provide k-cup coffee. The washer & dryer are located on the lower level for guests who stay 7 days or more. City bus only takes about 2 minutes to walk. Trader Joe’s only 5 minutes to walk. This home has cameras in front porch and back porch areas that record 24/7 for liability purposes. Please respect our neighbors, their privacy and quiet.
