Please note there is one set of stairs from the entrance of the building to the unit. Other things to note ***Please read all HOUSE RULES before booking*** 1. Must be 25 years or older to book -The person who made the reservation MUST also be present during the stay. Reservation can be canceled immediately per Airbnb’s 3rd party cancellation guidelines with no refund. 2. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in time: After 3:00 PM Check-out time: By 10:00 AM (unapproved late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr.) - Please let us know if you need to adjust these times in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you (fees may apply). - No extra unapproved/overnight guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation (fees may apply) 3. No Smoking of any Kind Allowed Inside the Building - We have smoke detectors and monitors inside each room and vestibule. A fine of $1000 will be issued if any form of evidence is collected, plus any fees associated with clearing the unit of the scent. 4. No Pets - Pets are not allowed in the building at any time. $250 penalty per pet, per night, and double cleaning fee will be applied. 5. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No loud noise or music between these hours in or outside the building. Noise Monitors are installed and will notify us when the noise exceeds a certain volume. 6. No Parties or Events - No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed 7. Cleanliness - Please tidy up after yourselves. We kindly ask that you leave the space in the same condition you found it. Dishes should be put in the dishwasher with soap and turned on before you leave. Trash should be taken out at the end of your stay. Any excess cleaning fees will be passed onto the guest. 8. Damages and Loss - Guests are responsible for any damages or losses that occur during their stay. If anything is broken or damaged, please inform us immediately. 9. Parking - No parking anywhere other than the one free parking space in your designated garage spot. Street parking can be very difficult in JC so do not block any driveways. Your car will be towed and fines will be incurred. 10. Respect the Property and Neighbors - Please respect our home and its contents. No moving furniture or altering the setup. Take care of the appliances, electronics, and other amenities provided. - Be mindful that you are not the only ones in the building. Please be aware of and respectful to the other tenants above and below you. 11. No Illegal Activities - The property is for responsible use only. Any illegal activities, including drug use or illegal behavior, are strictly prohibited. 12. Use of Appliances - Please be mindful when using the air conditioning, heating, and kitchen appliances. Please turn them off when not in use, and unplug all unused small appliances and chargers from socket. - No UNPLUGGING of the main electronics. - No crypto mining allowed - Any excess costs of heat or electricity will be passed along to the guest. 13. No MAIL or PACKAGES delivered before or during your stay. - If you need anything delivered you can have it shipped directly to the nearest post office for pick up there. ***We reserve the right to file a report and claim to Airbnb if any of these rules are broken*** Thank you for considering us for your trip.
