The space This spacious 1-bedroom unit boasts a spacious open living space, designed with a beautiful layout that brings everyone together. The inviting living room features free WIFI, AC and a comfortable sofa sleeper that easily converts into an extra bed, providing additional sleeping options. For entertainment, enjoy a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of island adventures. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with brand-new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, combining modern design with practical convenience. Fully stocked with all the essentials, it’s ready for your culinary creations. Enjoy the convenience of a rice cooker, blender, toaster, and more, making it easy to prepare anything from simple snacks to full homemade meals. The bedroom is furnished with two cozy queen beds, thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bathroom features a clean, simple design with a bathtub. The spacious balcony offers stunning views of the Waikiki high-rise skyline and overlooks the recreational deck and pool area. It also features outdoor seating, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. We've also prepared a beach wagon and beach chairs for our guests to use during stay.  Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly, as luggage storage is not available on-site.
 Unit Size Approximately 533 sqft of interior living space, plus a 67 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person.
 Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs.
 Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations.
 Cancellation Policy 
 All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation.  The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations.
