Surround your grownup group with spectacular ocean views in this airy waterfront condo. This unit is the entire 3rd floor and our personal Boston home. It’s pro-cleaned, and has normal neighborhood sound-levels, including occasional air-traffic, but nothing disruptive. Adjacent to Boston by car, ferry, or public transit. Visit Salem–even Maine–or just relax. Enjoy our rocky beach or walk a few blocks to the sandy, lifeguarded area. Cafés and restaurants are walkable, and groceries deliver. The space This home is perfect for adult group gatherings with lots of open, as well as private spaces. There’s a large well equipped kitchen with island open to a dining room seating six, and open to a generous living room and an "honor bar". The living room has a 55” TV for your apps. The soft and snugly sofa is a great place to chill and watch the waves. A bonus 10-foot sofa/window-seat is perfect for sunrise coffee, or seaside cocktail hour. Our home is filled with art and has comfortable furnishings that you can relax into. Every bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The primary bedroom has an ocean-facing full en-suite bathroom. Each hallway bedroom has a partial ocean view and share a full bathroom. This is our personal home and not a rental designed to accommodate everyone. It is accessed by 2 flights of Boston-triple-decker-style stairs and it has many unscreened windows. We consider it unsafe for children under 10 and not suitable for people with mobility/health issues. Guest access Guests have full private use of the entire third floor condo, including the in-unit free laundry, and a private driveway parking space. They may meet up with other building occupants in the main or emergency-exit stairway, or in the porch or driveway. Other things to note Our cleaning fee ensures a professional cleaning between each reservation, as well as linen service, of every sheet, blanket, duvet cover and towels. Our reviews show that guests appreciate our fabulous cleaners almost as much as we do! There is one off-street parking spot included in the Driveway off Moore Street behind the building. Additional cars can park on the adjacent Winthrop Shore Drive free, 24/7. Cars on the Shore Drive need to be moved for street cleanings by 7AM on the third Thursday of the month, and for snow removal.
