Easy, free parking with room for 4 cars in the paved driveway. Guests will have the entire home and yard to themselves. We keep one closet locked with supplies. Other things to note ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE Your group is welcome to check in any time after 4:00 pm. Check out is by 11:00 am. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures because of peak season demand. Thank you for understanding. PETS Well behaved potty trained pets welcome with approval upon inquiry. We charge a $100 pet fee for approved pets. CLEANING Our home is professionally cleaned between each stay. Extended stays of 28 days or more require bi-weekly cleanings in addition to the checkout cleaning (rates to accommodate cleaning TBD). MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT Please note that guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. This policy helps ensure a responsible and enjoyable stay for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
