Please be advised there are no life guards on duty. There is also walking beach access to the other side of Hanalei river at Hanalei bay walk to the right out of the parking to the 1 Hotel. There are approximately 200 stairs on the left side of the hotel down to the beach overlooking Hanalei bay. The jog walk path also leads to the Princeville shopping center, shops restaurants and grocery store, walk to the left out of the parking lot to walk along the golf course to the shopping center. (approximately 1.5 miles) As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is not air conditioned, however there are fans in each room, windows, and screen door on the lanai to help with airflow throughout the condo. To access the condo you must be able to go up and down one flight of stairs, there are also stairs in the condo to access the living room and master bedroom. Other things to note There is a jog walk path in Princeville that takes you to the Princeville shopping center, park and library. Prince Albert Park A 7-acre park located at the entrance to Princeville, Prince Albert Park features a community center, keiki (kids’) playground, outdoor fitness circuit, and expansive green space for play and gatherings.
