Hale Moa studio is situated next to our family home in a small cul-de-sac. Come enjoy spectacular views of the sun setting over the ocean out front, or relax and fire up the grill in the backyard on your own private patio. We love this spot and hope you will too! The space * 1,600 ft. elevation - while the coastline radiates the warmth of the day, you can have a cool nights sleep. * Built in 2018 - fresh, clean & comfortable, an elegant & welcoming space. * 10 minutes from Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport - convenient drive from & to the airport. * 400 sq. ft. living space - super cute accommodations with all the simple necessities required for a pleasant stay: wi-fi, hot water on demand, access to Whirlpool washer & dryer, and blackout privacy blinds. * Studio Kitchenette - full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, 2 induction burners & cookware, electric skillet, magic bullet, and more. * Backyard Repose - your hot cup of Kona coffee can be enjoyed out on the cozy patio, also equipped with a George Foreman grill. * There is no streetlight pollution and on most nights the neighborhood families retire by 9:30 PM, giving you an opportunity for a peaceful evening. Guest access The detached guest studio is completely private. You'll have access to designated parking in the front, private patio space in the back and you are welcome to hang out or explore anywhere in the spacious front or back yards.
