The space 📍 Prime Back Bay Location Welcome to this spacious one-bedroom apartment, perfectly situated on the cusp of Boston’s iconic Back Bay. This garden-level unit offers two convenient entrances: direct entry from the alley or through the building’s front door—just a few steps up and 7–10 steps down to your private entrance. 🛏️ Sleeping & Living Space The well-appointed bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, side tables, and ample lighting for a restful night. In the living room, you’ll find a dining table for four, a cozy couch (note: the couch sits low, which may not be ideal for older guests), and a versatile vanity area that doubles as a workspace. 📺 A 55-inch Smart TV with streaming capabilities and 📶 high-speed Wi-Fi ensure entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, toaster, blender, electric tea kettle, knife set, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and wine glasses—everything you need to prepare meals at home. (Pantry staples such as coffee, oil, or spices are not stocked unless kindly left behind by previous guests.) 🛁 Bathroom The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and shower with tub. Fresh towels are provided along with a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Please note: face cloths are not provided. 🧺 Laundry Access A shared washer and dryer is available in the building’s common area for your convenience. 👶 Traveling with Kids? For families, we offer a Pack & Play available for $50 per stay. It must be requested 24–48 hours in advance to ensure it's ready upon arrival. 🌡️ Heat & AC (Massachusetts Compliance) This unit has window AC in the summer months. Per state law, heat is provided from September 15 to May 31. For AC installation or seasonal switchover requests, please message us in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on your stay dates. Other things to note 🚫 No Elevator –Basement "Garden Level" 👶 Pack & Play – Available for $50 per stay. Must be requested 24–48 hours in advance so it’s ready upon arrival. 🅿️ Parking – City parking is always a challenge. We do not have any on-site parking, but we do recommend downloading the SpotHero app and booking a spot nearby! We do have limited spaces available but about at 20 minutes walk from the property. The Copley / Prudential Mall offers garage parking. 🍳 Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests. 🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set. 🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification. Minimum Age & Guest Composition - The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the entire stay. Reservations intended to allow under-21 guests to stay without appropriate adult supervision (for example, one 21-year-old booking for multiple 18–20-year-olds) are not allowed. 🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting. 📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days. 🏥 Medical Stays – For guests staying for medical or hospital-related reasons, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. 🚽 Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items. The building’s pipes are very old, and even a single wipe can cause severe clogs, requiring walls to be opened for plumbing access and repairs. Registration Details STR-575779
