Includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. InstaPot, air fryer, microwave, blender, waffle maker, toaster, and a full-sized refrigerator with an ice maker are available. You'll also find a dishwasher (with detergent), a four-burner stove with an oven, and a full set of pots, pans, dishware, and utensils. Basic cooking essentials are provided, along with trash bags and cleaning supplies for your convenience. Coffee/Tea Station: Start your day with cup of coffee or tea from the Keurig machine, complete with flavored or regular creamers, sugar, and a sugar substitute. An electric tea kettle and a variety of flavored teas are also available for tea lovers. GENERAL: Complimentary WiFi, filtered showerheads, washer/dryer, linens & towels, central air & heat, cleaning supplies. PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles), carport (2 vehicles), street parking Guest access Entire 2 story main house entrance, back yard, front circular driveway and may use carport on the left, owner space is to the right of the car port (do not park on the right under carport). If needed for extra parking, circular driveway assigned for guests parking. Owner has separate access and won’t be using laundry room during guests' stay. The sidewalk or pathway to the guest entrance has lighting that makes nighttime navigation easier. There's a private driveway at least 11 feet wide or a parking spot designated for a person with disabilities with clear signage. Other things to note NOTICE: Owner lives on site, the ADU suite connects thru laundry room with two exterior doors closed and locked at all times.
