The living room, kitchen and dining area offers a spacious central living space for everyone to gather. Wall-length glass sliding doors open to the expansive patio and pool deck, which offers a hanging love seat, comfortable lounge style seating and a large dining table and gas BBQ for sunset dinners. The large pool and floating hot tub is surrounded by a manicured grass lawn, offering a private outdoor space for the family to enjoy activities. Located on the edge of the acclaimed Mauna Lani Golf Course driving range, the backyard of The Ridge House at Mauna Lani is extra private for gatherings or simply lounging in the warm breeze and enjoying the heated pool. Built by renowned architects as the perfect home away from home, The Ridge House at Mauna Lani offers an indoor eight seat movie theater, as well as a game and billiard room for hours of family fun. A golf cart is also provided for guest use - allowing your family to travel to the Beach Club and Shops at Mauna Lani in style. Also provided are the following baby items: Crib, high chair, stroller/wagon, diaper genie, Ingenuity Dream Retreat 3 in 1 portable playard and toys. Note: Home construction is being done within the Champion Ridge community and noise may be audible during certain phases of the work. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.
