The space This unit is on the second floor of a condotel building in the vacation legal resort zone of Waikiki. It is situated on the quieter side of town providing convenient access to the bustling city while allowing for a tranquil and relaxing home environment in an immaculately clean space. Air conditioning throughout the entire apt (units in bedroom / living room) will keep you nice and cool on hot hawaiian nights. HD smart TV allows access to all your favorite on-demand streaming subscriptions, movies, sports, etc...Kitchen is fully equipped with stove / oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and everything a home should have to whip up your own meals. Beach gear including two nice chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, and a cart to carry it in is stowed away on the back porch. The bathroom is stocked with complementary starter size body soap, conditioner, and shampoo as well as a hair dryer and curling irons. A full grocery store is located walking distance from the building and a convenience store is within a few feet. Several restaurants, beaches, clubs, and a vibrant night life is at your door step. If you plan rent a car, there is an option to rent from directly across the street and be provided with free overnight parking. The unit can comfortably sleep 4 adults with a full size pillowtop mattress in the bedroom (2) and a very comfy queen size memory foam pullout in the living room (2). Guest access Guests will have private access to the condo and shared access to laundry room and elevator. Other things to note This unit does not come with a parking stall however the car rental company directly across the street will provide free overnight parking if you rent from them.
