Address is Court Street but you enter this cozy, 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo from secluded Watson's Court in a quiet historic residential neighborhood. Conveniently located just a couple of blocks from Provincetown Harbor & Commercial Street, you are just a short walk from all the restaurants, shops & galleries P'town has to offer. 2-night minimum rentals available September-May, 3-night minimum rentals in June, and Saturday-Saturday weekly rentals in July & August. The space Originally constructed circa 1850, this thoughtfully renovated first floor condo has an open living area with Wi-Fi & a Smart TV with YouTube TV & Netflix. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Cape Cod style cabinets & granite counter tops. There are rich wood floors throughout, central air, washer & dryer. There are two bedrooms with queen beds & a modern bath done in marble with glass enclosed shower. There are two exclusive use decks with chairs and tables for relaxing outdoors. The parking space for the condo is COMPACT and TIGHT although I can park my Jeep Cherokee Limited--see photo & map in listing photos. Contact host about other parking options if you have a larger vehicle. Also please note that our condo association does not allow vacation rentals to have pets. Other things to note Our caretaker is taking extra precautions & thoroughly cleaning & leaving windows open to air out the condo between guests. Sanitizing/disinfecting products will also be available for your use. The check-in time is 3pm & checkout is 10am in order to allow time for proper cleaning. If you are arriving by Cape Air or ferry at earlier/later times, we can make arrangements to for you to drop off your luggage earlier or leave your luggage at the condo longer.
