Up to 4 guests are welcome if primarily using the space for sleeping while spending most of the day exploring NYC. Everything inside the unit is private. The only shared area is the laundry space near the entry. All interior spaces—including the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen—are fully private with your own passcode entry. The home is located on the ground level of a residential building, so occasional upstairs footsteps may be heard from time to time. Parking: ※ Free street parking is available but limited, especially after 9 PM. ※ For late arrivals, a paid municipal lot (5-minute walk, EV charging available) is a reliable option. ※ EV Car Charging Station Level 2 at Municipal Parking Lot. (5 Minute walk) ♡ If you plan to go out in the evening and are worried about losing your parking space, please message us. We’ll do our best to help you park near or in front of the house. 2. Neighborhood & Building The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The unit is on the ground/garden level of the house, so you may occasionally hear light footsteps from the upstairs floor. During colder months, the heating system may also make brief operating sounds as it runs. Most guests find the space peaceful and comfortable.
