LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Marine Surf is centrally located in the world famous tourist hub of Waikiki. With beaches, shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions all within walking distance. Unit comes with secured parking. Studio has pool access, is fully furnished w/King size bed overlooking lanai, full bath, TV w/100+ channels, Wifi, work desk, twin size futon/sofa. Fully equipped kitchen w/fridge, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Community washer/dryer/trash chute across hall. The space *PLEASE BE ADVISED FOR THE MONTHS OF FEBRUARY, MARCH & APRIL* The building will be undergoing an exterior concrete repair and painting project during FEBRUARY, MARCH & APRIL. As part of this work, our assigned parking stall will be unavailable only during the weekday work hours listed below. Work Schedule (Parking Affected Only During These Hours) • Monday–Friday • 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Outside of these hours (evenings, nights, and weekends), our parking stall will be available as usual. During the affected work hours, you will need to park off-site temporarily. We can provide nearby parking options recommended by building management. Parking Reimbursement Any parking fees incurred while parking off-site in order to stay in the unit during these affected hours may be reimbursed up to $25 per day, as long as receipts are provided. Also, our lanai furniture has been temporarily removed for the duration of the project so the exterior work can be completed safely. *THE LANAI (BALCONY) WILL BE INACCESSIBLE 24 HOURS A DAY UNTIL WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED. **February 2 – March 20, 2026 *POOL AREA CLOSED – 24/7* ——————— Marine Surf is one of the best located resort buildings in Waikiki. Its location can't get any better. Please note: Our unit has a charming, vintage Hawaiian feel and is not a modern or recently renovated space. It’s an older, character-filled unit that offers a unique and simple island experience. If you’re looking for a sleek, updated stay, this may not be the right fit, but if you appreciate a bit of nostalgia and local charm, we think you’ll love it here. Take advantage of our ‘length of stay’ DISCOUNTS. We give you a discount if you stay a week or longer, a discount if you stay a month or longer. Discounts are given to guests with reservations of 7 days or more. The longer the reservation, the bigger the discount. (Discounts are automatically applied during the booking/payment process via Airbnb.) Guest access CHECK-IN @ 3:00 PM CHECK-OUT @ 10:00 AM Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out requests. Also, we are unable to hold on to or watch guests luggage before check-in and/or after check-out. VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT THE PARKING GARAGE - The parking lot and stalls are quite narrow. There is a height limit for vehicles of 6'2", any vehicle that exceeds this height limit will not fit in the garage. Vehicles such as large SUVs, large trucks or any kind of large vehicle with or without surf board racks attached to the top will be at risk of exceeding the height limit and may not leave much wiggle room while parked in our designated parking stall. Other things to note We provide: * 1 Free assigned, secured, parking stall * 1 Bath towel and 1 beach towel per guest. Please feel free to use the laundry machine to wash towels during your stay if you wish. * Refrigerator, microwave, blender and toaster * Free Wi-Fi * Basic cooking supplies * Full kitchen * Air conditioning * Starter kit of shampoo/conditioner/body wash * Hair dryer * Starter kit of dish soap * Iron We do not provide: * Luggage storage * Coffee and tea * Daily room cleaning service * Toothpaste FAQ: How do I get to the parking and how do I get the keys to the building/room? -We will send you all the information necessary to enter the parking/building/unit approximately 24-48 hours before your arrival date. What amenities does the unit include? - The unit includes basic cookware and utensils (pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, knives, wine glasses etc.), as well as a coffee maker, iron, and hairdryer. Each unit will have a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper as well as basic cleaning supplies such as dish soap, paper towels, general cleaning products. You are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies once the provided starter kits have run out. Who should I contact in case of emergency or if I need help understanding something? - For any medical or life-threatening emergencies, please dial 911. For any emergency issues that may damage the unit or the building (i.e. plumbing leaks, fire, etc.), there is a Security Guard on duty 24-hours a day that can respond by using the building’s intercom. For all non-emergency issues (clogged drain, lockout, maintenance needed), please contact your host via Airbnb. Where do I throw my trash bags? - Trash chutes are located directly across the hall from the unit. How close is Waikiki beach? -Waikiki Beach is approximately 0.5 miles away and is about a 5 min walk at a leisurely pace. Does the rental come with beach items that will be available for use? - The unit may have some beach items such as; beach umbrellas, chairs, snorkels, beach floats and beach toys that have been left behind by previous guests. Use of these items, for your enjoyment, is at your own risk and should be inspected for your safety prior to use. Please be aware that we do not guarantee nor do we check the condition of these items. If you’d like to purchase additional items, there are convenience stores such as Ross dress for less and ABC Stores nearby where you can purchase some. AGAIN, VERY IMPORTANT for guests who will be parking their vehicle in the condo’s parking garage: The parking lot and stalls are quite narrow.
