The space Just off of Interstate 80 and Highway 67 in Le Claire, Iowa, the River View Lodge provides a gorgeous view of the Mississippi River. Originally built as a private residence, later turned into a spa, and now a private event and room rental property, the River View Lodge sits on nearly two acres of land in the middle of local restaurants and entertainment. We offer a private boutique hotel experience with the amenities and accommodations to make you feel at home. Relax in the pool or kick back seated within one of our many lounging areas overlooking the Mississippi River. The property has 4 rentable suites include 5 total bedrooms/9 bathrooms Sleeping accommodations for up to 20 guests max Three in-room whirlpools (upper level suites) Two in-suite saunas (lower level suites) Indoor Pool with Retractable Roof Guest access Guests are welcome to use any of these shared common areas: - Fireplace living room - Large patio overlooking the river (multiple patio areas for separation if guests want more privacy) - Patio with table near entry way door - Pool room - Kitchen/bar area tables (three pub tables, bar seating & overflow bar area with additional pub table) We kindly ask that you leave all personal belongings locked in your private rooms and clean up after yourselves in these spaces as to help keep these spaces maintained, clean and available for all other guests. Depending on the duration and timing of the rental, there may not be staff coming through cleaning during your stay. We have a ballroom area that will generally stay locked when we have guest room rentals. We rent that space separately; any parties or larger gatherings are not permitted with a single room rental without prior authorization.
