Looking for a cozy place to call home for a few months without breaking the bank? The Moose Room has a dedicated bathroom just across the hallway from the bedroom. Enjoy a full size bed + twin during your stay. Common areas are shared with other guests : outdoor patio, living room, kitchen. Enjoy walkability to Montana State University, Safeway, Bozeman Coop grocery store, downtown Main Street, Roost Fried Chicken & more! (NOTE : max 2 guests per bedroom. Coed living situation) The space This home has a total of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a peaceful patio if you want some outdoor space and a generous living area with opens concept, dining room and kitchen. You should have everything you need to make this a very enjoyable stay. Shared common areas. BEAR bedroom has ensuite bathroom. MOOSE bedroom has exclusive use of hallway bathroom. Max number of guests per room is 2. BEAR bedroom has driveway parking. MOOSE bedroom can find parking on the cut-de-sac. Guest access When you come in the front door, your bedroom will be immediately to the right. You will have a dedicated bathroom just across the hallway that is yours to use. Feel free to prepare your meals in the kitchen as there are plenty of items for cooking and spices and olive oil and just about anything you might need! The generous living room is very cozy with a giant sofa +2 very comfortable recliner chairs if you feel like reading a good book! Keep in mind that the driveway is for use by the guest staying in the Bear Room. The moose room Guest will have plenty of options for street parking as there is a quiet cul-de-sac. During your stay I live just a couple houses down, so if you need anything, I’m close by! Other things to note There will be another guest staying in the Bear Room, and they will have a private bathroom to use as well. So the only spaces that are shared are the kitchen area, the living area and the outdoor patio space. BEAR room parks in driveway. MOOSE room parks in cul-de-sac.
