Extra cleaning, nightly rate and extra guest fees will apply. GARAGE Garage is not available for guests at this time, but there are plenty of parking spots onsite. EXTRA CLEANING FEE Due to capacity of the home at 26 people and the limitation of the airbnb setup, Any reservations over 16 people will be charged a fee of $50/person per night and that will be collected either via this platform or separately via credit card.
