Comfortably furnished with a sophisticated island flavor, all the amenities of home with a fully-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Accommodations for up to 4, with two new queen-sized beds and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are two flat-screen TVs and a Blu-ray player for your enjoyment. We have just installed a split A/C system which includes air conditioning units in both bedrooms as well as the main room. Works great. The large Lanai is furnished with a cozy outdoor couch for sipping wine in the evenings and enjoying the gentle breezes. The complex has a crystalline pool, hot tub, and an enclosed outdoor pavilion for alfresco dining with two gas-fired barbecue grills. There is free off-street parking and a coin operated laundry below the unit. The Kihei Garden Estates has meticulously maintained tropical gardens with fragrant Plumeria trees, Gardenia hedges and island birds. The grounds have designated outdoor smoking areas. The condo is within walking distance of a large grocery store, and several small shopping centers as well as a variety of restaurants. Our condo is across the street from Waiohuli Beach which is perfect for morning walks and watching sunsets. Just a five minute drive away are pristine beaches with lifeguards. Kamaole Beaches 1, 2, 3 are nearby and perfect for boogie boarding, swimming, and sunbathing. Maui as a destination has so much to offer with epicurean delights, warm Aloha spirit, water sports, golfing, shopping, exploring, boating, and biking. The condo is close to the main highway for getting around the island.
