A beautiful, secluded, spacious home, tucked away in its own little valley with amazing sunsets, fabulous views and starlit skies. Total privacy, down home feeling, great well water. Wildlife passing through. Lee Metcalf National Wildlife Refuge and river access for fishing or floating the river are less than 5 miles away. Hiking, bike paths, historical sites, golfing, nice restaurants and fine dining are all within 10 minutes. 40 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Missoula or Hamilton. The space Our home is located at the end of the road and borders 25 acres so it is very private and peaceful here. The property is fenced and the house and huge yard are in the center. Deer and wild turkey pass through. Our walk-out daylight basement is approximately 1150 sq. ft. Has lots of natural light. A desk to set up your lab top with high speed internet and enjoy the view!! We are located just a mile off Hwy. 203 (East Side Hwy.). Stevensville is about 10 miles south and Florence is 8 miles north. Airport is 40 minutes away. River access is only 3 miles away. Nice small town communities with various activities. Upon entering the suite there is an open living room which is well furnished with couch which reclines, love seat recliner, comfy love seat , table, chairs and an area with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven. Located in the laundry room is a makeshift kitchenette with a hot plate, coffee maker/coffee, toaster, tea kettle/teas, crockpot, dishes and silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans with seasonings for cooking. Starlink Wifi high-speed and Directv are also available. 2 bedrooms: The main bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and huge closet. The spare bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet. The full bath room is down the hallway. Lots of towels, wash cloths, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. The laundry room has an iron and distilled water, ironing board is in pull out drawer. Laundry room is a shared space with us; however if at all possible, we try not to use it during your stay. Thank you and enjoy!! Guest access When you arrive, you can park at the end of the culdesac and there is a path to the right of the guest house that you can walk on to get to the apartment. Once you go through the gate (be sure to lock it). And when you get to the lawn, turn right and you will be able to walk along the landscape to the walkout basement which has a nice patio to enjoy the peaceful, country setting which is very private. There is a box to the right of the entry which holds the key to the place. I will give you the code the day you are to arrive. Other things to note We have three cats and a dog.
