The house is in a quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood where people look out for one another. Also the home is completely fenced and gated, so our guests have always felt secure. PS - Considerate Caretaker lives nearby and is happy to help as needed. :) Guest access You can enjoy the entire house to yourself. :) Other things to note We are pet-friendly, but under the following conditions: - Only 1 well-behaved dog under 60lbs. - The dog cannot be left home alone at any time, as we have found from experience that pets alone can bark nonstop as well as cause damage to the house. - please pay a Pet Fee of $100, thanks.
