Also there are restaurants and take out places close by for food *3rd Floor Stairs Ceiling Height is lower — Just be aware when walking down the 3rd floor stairs if you’re tall — Ceiling height is 83 inches for most areas on floor and never had any issues even if you’re tall. Guest access Space has its own private floor (3rd floor) through entry code. Other things to note Please note this location is about 5 miles from Downtown Boston — if you want to stay very close or within walking distance to downtown Boston, this may not be the right place for you. There are some very nice hotels there. If you’re looking for a clean, good value place to stay and with free parking, then this is good :) - This is a non-smoking property — No smoking is allowed on property area FOR LONGER TERM STAYS: (beyond 1 week) — Guests are responsible for any further kitchen and bathroom supplies ongoing. Housekeeper will provide enough supplies for the first week (maybe longer) until you get your own if necessary. There’s a Wegmans store, Aldi, Stop & Shop and Trader Joe’s close by. Cleaning after checkout FOR SNOW DURING WINTER: Each tenant is responsible for shoveling snow to get out of parking space and driveway for their own car. Same if you park on the street, you responsible for your own car and snow.
