You may not need your car the whole time you are here. - A tasteful coastal vibe featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (+ outdoor shower) One block to the ocean Note: There is a separate adorable 2 BR/1 bath “carriage house” type apt with full kitchen in rear of property that sleeps 3-4 which is included in price. Great for In-laws etc. The space This traditional seashore home in the historic district of Beach Haven is a 2-story with all bedrooms upstairs. ….Living room; dining room; fully equipped kitchen with large island; laundry room/pantry and half bath are on first floor with easy access to the backyard, outdoor shower, bbq and garage. (Natural gas bbq -no need to change any propane tanks). Upstairs - large Primary BR with king bed, full bath w/step in shower, two closets, cable tv, ceiling fan and plenty of storage. Second BR has a queen four poster bed, cable tv, closet, and ceiling fan. 3rd BR has two twin beds, armoire, ceiling fan and a desk which can be used as a workspace. The 4th bedroom is a single room with one twin bed. There is also room for a pack 'n play. There is a foldable wooden crib in closet if needed Guest access You will have access to all rooms in the house and “carriage house” as well as the backyard, outside shower and garage Photos are confusing, but apartment has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin and Qn sofabed), bathroom with tile shower and full kitchen Other things to note There will be 5 beach badges at the house and 3 in cottage for your use (8 total). Any lost badges will incur a $55 replacement charge. Also, we will leave 3 bikes for your use. If any bike is lost, stolen or broken, there is a $300 replacement charge. Please check the bikes (as well as the beach badges) when you check in
