The master bathroom has a large double sink vanity, two walk in closets, nice shower, bath tub, and a private toilet area! We have two beautiful Queen bedrooms down the hall. Both queen rooms feature closets and Roku smart TVs! The hall bathroom is centrally located and has a nice vanity, toilet, and a tub shower combo! Our living and kitchen area is a lovely open concept which is perfect for relaxing, visiting, and dining. The kitchen has stainless appliances and just about anything you’ll need to cook a delicious meal!! The dining area has a large round dining table that comfortably seats 6. Just off the kitchen is a Laundry room with a new washer and dryer for you to use! We have an enclosed garage you can park in which is nice for loading and unloading your car! Out back we have a beautiful fenced in backyard that is perfect for relaxing or playing a round of corn hole (boards and bags provided!)! We are located just minutes from Tech Drive and easy access to an interstate exit making it super quick to access all of Ruston and the surrounding areas! **We look forward to hosting you!
