Walua Trail Oceanview Hideaway:A/C/W/D/Parking

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Parking right off your entryway. Studio lock off Ohana, no one above or below. Private entrance, full size fridge, washer/dryer, large step in shower, double sinks. Yard has lime, avocado, mango and banana trees. 1 mile from Alii drive (Ocean), 3 miles downtown. Sits right off walua trail, 3.5 miles one way of walking/running with ocean views. Sits at 500 ft elevation meaning you wake up to chilly mornings. The space It is a very private hideaway that gives you the feel of being in the middle of no where but only one mile to the ocean. Walua road is great to take a peaceful walk every morning. Some nights you can hear the waves and every morning you hear the birds. Split level A/C was recently added. King bed with a luxury bathroom with double sinks and walk in large shower that has a private window. It offers a mini kitchen with toaster, drip and keurig coffee maker, microwave, sink, full size fridge, washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. You will most likely not see the owners. You enter from the side of the home and have your own private deck. Guest access Yard, side parking and private smaller deck off of the suite. Other things to note A/C is offered however most times it is not necessary, it is available for the hotter days. Electricity is very expensive to run in Hawaii. We offerA/C for the late afternoon when it tends to get a little warmer. It is not intended to run all day, evening or when guests are out. We appreciate our guests to close all windows when they run it and only use when necessary. Again, the nightly outdoor breeze will keep you naturally chilly at night. Note: Beach chairs are stored under the King bed. You can smoke and Vape off the deck if patio doors are kept close.
