Usually for the month, so if you stay longer than a month there is no additional parking cost. If you do not need it we will refund . Occupancy agreement/transitional occupancy agreement must be executed prior to keys/access. If you’re coming in late evening / early morning, be sure to sign prior to arrival (email) If unit is vacated for any reason prior to 30 days, the rental rate will be no less than 30 days rental rate.
