Welcome to Lagoons Edge Retreat, your ultimate escape on the tranquil waters of Beach Haven West that sleeps 6 adults! This waterfront, 3 bed, 1 bath home offers a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty, making it an ideal retreat for families seeking peace and relaxation. The open floor plan living and dining area allows the whole family to come together while enjoying the comforts of modern amenities. Relax in the Hot Tub or take a short drive to the pristine beaches of LBI! The space We provide a fully stocked kitchen, 2 beach chairs, kayaks, linens and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Other things to note Bedroom # 1 has a king sized bed, bedroom # 2 has a queen sized bed, bedroom # 3 has bunk beds with a double sized mattress and single sized mattress, we also have 2 pull out sleeper sofas. Stafford Township requires a tenant affidavit from the person booking. Restaino Realty will email or mail the document to you. It needs to be filled out, notorized and sent back to us so the town can put it on file. If this is not complete in a timely manner your booking will need to be canceled.
