Lastly, please note that the north door in the dining room is equipped with a deadbolt lock. This door leads to the stairwell that provides access to the shared laundry room. For security and privacy, kindly ensure that this door remains shut and locked when not in use. Thank you. Other things to note We would like to inform you that this unit is located on the street level, with the possibility of the downstairs unit being rented out at the same time. As a result, you may occasionally hear another group. To mitigate any disturbance, we have installed insulation to help reduce noise transmission between floors.
