Beachside Kailua cottage on private lane steps to beautiful Kailua Beach! Our home is fully renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms. 4 bed/2 bath, AC throughout house, hardwood floors throughout main house, washer/dryer, dishwasher, WIFI, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, kayak, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear and more. All furniture, bedding, towels, kitchen ware brand new! Walk to town location for shops and restaurants. 90 day rentals only. The space The main house has a large living room with 2 seating areas and 65" Smart TV, Wifi and AC throughout with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Kitchen is brand new! All linens and bath and beach towels included. There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher. The attached 1 bedroom suite is accessed through a private exterior entrance and has one full bath, full bedroom and loft area, AC and French doors leading to backyard. Backyard has large seating area and dining table under covered patio seats 10. Hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off after spending the day at gorgeous Kailua beach. Beach toys including 1 Kayak, 2 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear. The house is on a private lane with beach access only 4 houses away. Off street parking for 2 cars. We are walking distance to Kailua Town (or less than 5 min drive) with wonderful shops and restaurants, farmer's markets, gyms and grocery stores. There is absolutely no street parking on our lane. You must park in the driveway. We allow a maximum of 6 guests in the house.. Additional guests may be considered for a fee. We also require a security deposit of $1000. Please also note that in accordance with Hawaii State Law, for rentals less than 180 days, we are required to collect and remit 3 taxes: Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) of 10.25 %, General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.5%, and Oahu Transient Accommodations Tax (OTAT) of 3%. This will be collected by Airbnb via special request and is not included in the listed nightly rate.
