NO GLITTER! ✨ $100 charge to clean glitter up because it takes hours and delays the cleaners! *Privacy Fence around the property * The backyard space is reserved for Stella’s main house guests. *Outdoor trash bins are used by all guests and are located under the covered parking at the end of the driveway. 🚙 FREE parking for 3 vehicles in driveway with additional parking in the lot across the street. ⚜️STREET PARKING DIRECTLY IN FRONT of the Main House is Designated for the Guest staying in Stella’s Main House which is a TOTALLY SEPARATE Airbnb in front of the DETACHED garage about 10 yards in front of Stella’s Studio on the property. There are NO Shared Spaces! Guest access No shared spaces! 1 flight of stairs are climbed to get to the studio. The entire Studio is private with an oversized porch in the front. There’s a TOTALLY separate Airbnb, Stella’s Downtown about 10 yards in the front of the studio. Rent both if desired which is perfect for big families that want to stay close, but yet still have privacy. Both Airbnbs have their own private entrances, private porches, and are not connected in any way. The driveway is reserved for Stella’s studio guest parking. Parking directly in front of the house on the street is reserved for Stella‘s main house guest parking. The backyard is designated for the house guest. Additionally parking lot is across the street if needed. Other things to note We supply a complimentary starter pack of 2 rolls toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels, 1 sample pack of shampoo/conditioner, 1 makeup wipe, 1 soap, hand wash, dish soap, first morning coffee with sugar & creamer which includes 4 k-cups, creamer & sugar, 2 trash bags & 1 laundry detergent pod & 1 dryer sheet.
