Dip into the hot tub after a day of adventure. During the summer, head to the beach or rent a boat just a 3 minute drive. During winter enjoy ice fishing or use the groomed snowmobile or cross country ski trails. The space Features include: Three patios- one patio off the king suite features partial lake views, lower patio has a a Hot Tub that is open year-round and the 3rd patio is a screened-in patio which has dining table and ceiling fan with partial lake view. All guests need to be able to use stairs since this is a split ranch. There are two separate interior common areas. Great open concept, kitchen and living room. The lower level has a gas fireplace, 2 sofas, foosball and game table/designated workspace. Located 20 minutes from Cedar Rapids Iowa airport approximately 25 minute drive to the University of Iowa and 20 minute drive to Cedar Rapids. (In the “cooridor”) —->not to be confused with outlying rural areas The perfect #Quietcation. The property sits adjacent to a quiet tranquil relaxing area next to Lake MacBride State Park. Home sits at the edge of the forest in Lake MacBride Heights homeowners association. Use the trailhead just opposite the driveway and you can access interpretive lake trails. Deer visit the property daily and year round. Fishing poles in water within three minute walk. Boat rental and beach within a three minute drive. Boat ramps for the slow lake (pontoon) of Lake MacBride or the Coralville Reservoir for fast boats. Both boat ramps are within a 3 to 5 minute drive. Winter sports include ice fishing cross country ski trails, and groomed snowmobile trails. Guest access Entire home, 1 car garage and year-round hot tub Other things to note House Rules: - Please no shoes inside the house, remove shoes in the entryway - Please no guests without prior approval - only persons included in the reservation are allowed to be at the property - Please NO parties - Please do not put any food or scraps in the kitchen sink- the house runs on a septic tank system and there is no garbage disposal - Please be courteous to our neighbors and keep the noise level down (quiet hours between 9 pm - 8 am) - Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors - Property is non-smoking - Please keep your dogs on leash. Many neighbors have dogs and they keep them leashed, please do not allow your dog onto the neighbor’s properties. -Please walk your pet for bathroom needs (do not use the yard) - Please do not leave the front door open - this is an issue for a variety of reasons - Please do not leave the garage doors open at anytime- this could cause extreme damage as the pipes could freeze - Please check out at or before 11 am Sleep easy: Home has organic cotton mattresses, radon mitigation, new AC/Furnace, water heater and water softener
