Hale Moi condominiums are beautifully positioned in the heart of Princeville, close by to the beautiful ocean outlook and nearby to Princeville Makai Golf Course. Hideaway Beach and Pu’u Poa Beach are both within walking distance for those that want to get sandy toes (please note that the trail to Hideaway Beach is very steep and uneven!) Princeville Shopping Center is minutes away and offers guests a variety of shopping, restaurants, bars, and a grocery store & gas station. The space Inside, you will have plenty of room to spread out, as this air conditioned condo is split into two sides joined by a common hallway. Each side offers two queen beds, free high-speed WiFi, and private balconies. Side A is home to a fully equipped kitchen, so you will have all of the major appliances and utensils needed to whip up tasty meals for the whole group after a full day of fun. It also has a washer and dryer! Plus, side B has a microwave, medium size fridge and an electric toaster oven ​that will come in handy for quick snacks or heating up leftovers. Of course, you will have access to the gas bbq's in the common area for grilling, and we offer beach towels, boogie boards, a cooler, a beach umbrella and some assorted beach gear for your use! When it is time to settle down, each side of the condo features a flatscreen TV for playing favorite movies as the stars come out! Other things to note Free high-speed WiFi Both sides of this condo can be booked separately at Hale Moi #103A and Hale Moi #103B Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. One parking spot is named "103" and the other parking spot is labeled "permit". Parking is free during the day time and assigned after 5pm until 8am. This rental is located on floor 1. There are 7 stairs to get down to the unit. The property backs to the rainforest. We do our best to maintain a bug free environment including regular interior and exterior pest control, but an occasional bug may get in due to the lush nature of Kauai. We provide beach towels, a cooler, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and other assorted beach toys for your use. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
