The property is fenced and the back door has a chain lock for child safety. **There is no fence around the pool or bayou. **Children under 12 must be supervised at all time in the back yard. **Life jackets highly recommended especially for young children. **Back yard has surveillance video for safety Guest access You will have access to the entire back yard and bayou as well as the front yard. You will also have access to the outdoor storage room to the right of the back door. This storage room will have fishing poles, limited tackle, paddle board paddle, corn hole game set, as well as other complimentary equipment. Please return anything you use from this closet. Enjoy!
